No. I offer one personalised Facial Ritual with a choice of two appointment lengths. Simple choose how much time you would like and I will tailor the experience to your skin, facial tension and individual needs.
What happens at my first appointment?
Your first appointment includes a consultation so that I can learn about your skin, health, lifestyle and what you would like from your treatment. We will talk everything through before your ritual begins and you will have plenty of opportunities to ask questions.
Do I need to complete a consultation form prior to attending?
Yes. Your consultation form will be sent to you before your visit and must be completed at least 24 hours before your appointment or your appointment may be cancelled & deposit held. This gives me time to review the information and ensure your ritual is appropriate and safely tailored to you.
Where should I park?
Park in the driveway or outside the house.
Should I arrive early?
There is no need to arrive early. Please arrive at your appointment time and wait outside and I will come to the gate to welcome you.
What should I wear?
Wear whatever feels comfortable. Your shoulders, upper chest and neck will be included in your ritual, so you will be given privacy to remove your top and bra straps if appropriate and settle comfortably beneath the covers.
Should I remove make up beforehand?
Preferably. Cleansing is part of your ritual, so make up can be removed during it. However, if possible, please avoid wearing heavy eye makeup or waterproof mascara.
What happens after my ritual?
You will not be rushed out of the studio. You will be given time to sit up slowly, get ready
Will my facial be the same at every appointment?
.Not necessarily. Your skin, facial tension and overall wellbeing can change between appointments. I will adapt each ritual according to what I see, feel and learn from you on the day.
Is facial massage suitable for everyone?
Most people can enjoy facial massage. Certain health conditions, medications, recent procedures or active skin concerns may mean your ritual needs to be adapted or postponed. Please include all relevant information on your consultation form and contact me directly if you are unsure.
Can I have facial massage if I've had Botox, fillers or another aesthetic treatment?
You may need to wait a period following injectable, surgical or other advanced treatment before receiving facial massage. Please let me know exactly what you have had & when, so I can advise you before booking.
Can I come during pregnancy?
Yes, in most circumstances. Your positioning, products and techniques can be adapted for your comfort and stage of pregnancy. Please tell me that you are pregnant when booking and include it in your consultation form.
What if I have sensitive skin, rosacea or acne?
Facial massage can have a positive effect on each of these concerns. Your ritual will be adapted to your skin rather than following a fixed routine. Products, pressure and techniques will be selected carefully according to how your skin is presenting on the day.
Will you recommend products for me to use at home?
I am always happy to offer simple guidance following your appointment. If you would like a more detailed and personalised home skincare routine, you can add a Ritual Enhancement to your booking.
Can I talk during my ritual?
Of course, but you don't have to. Once we have completed your consultation, the time is yours. You are welcome to chat, ask questions, enjoy the quiet or fall asleep.

How do I book?
Appointments are booked online through Fresha using the booking link on this website or through my social media pages.
Is a deposit required?
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Please read the booking and cancellation policy carefully before confirming your appointment.
What if I am running late?
Please contact me as soon as possible. Depending on how late you arrive, your ritual may need to be shortened so that the following client's appointment is not affected. The full appointment price will still apply.
